Plans, Site Limits and Upgrading

2 min readUpdated October 31, 2026

Every WC Account Portal plan includes the full plugin. Plans differ in how many sites you can activate and whether you pay yearly or once. The License tab shows which plan you are on and how many of its sites are in use.

The plans#

PlanSitesBillingPrice shown on the License tab
5 Sites5 sitesBilled annually$49.99/yr
25 Sites25 sitesBilled annually$99.99/yr
UnlimitedUnlimited sitesBilled annually$199.99/yr
Lifetime1,000 sitesOne-time payment$499.99

Annual plans include updates and support for one year. The current prices and terms are always on the pricing page.

See your plan#

Go to WooCommerce > Account Portal > License. Before activation, the section below the license box is called Plans & Pricing and shows all four plans, with Most Popular on the 25 Sites plan.

After activation it is called Your plan, and a line tells you where you stand:

  • “You are on the 25 Sites plan: 3 of 25 sites in use.” for plans with a site limit.
  • “You are on the Unlimited plan, active on 12 sites.” for the Unlimited plan.

Your plan’s card is marked Your plan; smaller plans are shown dimmed.

How the plan is recognised#

The plugin asks SureCart for your license’s site limit and matches it to a plan:

Site limitPlan shown
55 Sites
2525 Sites
No limitUnlimited
1,000Lifetime

If the limit matches none of these (for example a custom license), no plan is marked and the heading stays Plans & Pricing.

The site limit and the number of sites in use are kept for 12 hours, so a change in your account can take that long to show. They are read again straight away whenever you submit the license form (Activate License or Deactivate License). If the licensing service cannot be reached, the plan is not shown.

Upgrade your plan#

  1. On the License tab, click View & Upgrade Plans (before activation the button reads View Plans & Purchase). It opens the pricing page.
  2. Choose the larger plan and complete the purchase.
  3. Back on the License tab, check the Your plan line. It updates within 12 hours.

The upgrade button is hidden when you are on the Unlimited or Lifetime plan, as there is nothing above them.

Tip

Reached your site limit? Before upgrading, check whether old staging or test sites still hold an activation. Deactivating the license there frees the site for a new one.

If your plan ends#

The plugin switches nothing off: the portal keeps working on your site. Updates and support follow the terms of your plan; see the pricing page for details.
