Questions

Are any features locked to bigger plans?

No. Every plan has every feature and integration. Plans only differ in how many stores you can activate the license on.

What is the difference between Unlimited and Lifetime?

Unlimited covers as many stores as you like, billed every year with a year of updates and support. Lifetime is a one-time payment that covers up to 1,000 stores, with no renewals.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Upgrade any time for more sites. The License tab in the plugin shows your plan and how many sites you are using.

What happens if my yearly license expires?

The plugin keeps working on your store exactly as before. You stop getting updates and support until you renew.

Can I move my license to another site?

Yes. Deactivate it in the plugin's License tab on the old site, then activate it on the new one.

What if it is not right for my store?

Contact support within 14 days of buying and we will refund you in full.

Will it change the rest of my store?

No. The portal only takes over the My Account pages and the login page. Your shop, product pages, cart and checkout keep your theme.

Does it work with my theme?

Yes. Because the portal draws its own full page, it looks the same whatever theme you use.

What do I need to run it?

WordPress 7.1 or newer, WooCommerce 7.0 or newer, and PHP 8.3 or newer.

How do updates work?

Activate your license in the plugin's License tab and updates arrive in your WordPress dashboard like any other plugin.
