Legal
Terms of Use
Effective and last updated October 30, 2026. Applies worldwide.
The short version
- WC Account Portal is made by Nahnu Plugins, owned by Nahnu Fitness LLC in Spokane, Washington, USA.
- The plugin's code is GPL. You pay for a license key: updates, support and site activations.
- Yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel in your customer account. If a license expires, the plugin keeps working; updates and support stop.
- Not right for you? Ask within 14 days for a full refund, no questions asked, once per customer.
- Agencies can use their license on client sites. Sharing or reselling license keys is not allowed.
- You must be 18 or older. Washington law applies, with disputes resolved by individual arbitration, and your local consumer rights still protect you.
This summary is for convenience. The full terms below are what apply.
1. Who we are
These terms are an agreement between you and Nahnu Fitness LLC, a company based in Spokane, Washington, USA ("we", "us"). We make WordPress plugins under the name Nahnu Plugins, including WC Account Portal (the "plugin").
The terms cover this website (wcaccountportal.com), the live demo, your customer account, and everything you buy from us. By using the website or buying a plan, you agree to them. If you buy for a company, you confirm that you can agree for that company, and "you" means the company too.
Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Disclaimers are part of these terms.
2. Who can buy
- You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live, if that is older.
- Give us accurate details at checkout and keep them up to date.
- Keep your customer account and license keys safe. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
3. The plugin and your license
The plugin's code is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later (GPL). The GPL gives you its rights to the code you download, and nothing in these terms takes those rights away.
What you pay for is a license key. An active key gives you:
- plugin updates delivered to your WordPress dashboard,
- support, as described below, and
- activation on the number of sites your plan allows.
The GPL covers the plugin's code only. Our name, logos, website, documentation, screenshots and other content are not GPL, and you may not use them to suggest that your product is ours or that we endorse you. If you share a changed copy of the plugin, give it a different name and logo.
4. Plans and site limits
- Each plan allows a set number of active sites, shown on the Pricing page. Lifetime covers up to 1,000 sites.
- A site counts once its license is activated. Which sites count, including staging and local sites, follows how our licensing system (SureCart) counts activations. You can deactivate a site at any time, in the plugin's License tab or your customer account, to free its place.
- Agencies and freelancers may use their license on client sites. The license stays yours; if you stop working with a client, deactivate their site or ask them to buy their own plan.
- You may not sell, share, publish, give away or transfer your license key, or let others use it outside your own and your clients' sites. If we find a key being shared or resold, we may deactivate it without a refund.
5. Prices, payment and taxes
- Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout.
- Our checkout is run by SureCart, and payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Prices do not include sales tax, VAT, GST or similar taxes. If any such tax applies to your purchase where you are, you are responsible for it, unless the law requires us to collect it and we show it at checkout.
- We may change our prices. A change never affects a billing period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before it affects a renewal.
6. Renewals and cancelling
- Yearly plans renew automatically every year on the same date, and your saved payment method is charged at the renewal price then in effect, until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time in your customer account. You can also cancel by contacting us. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Your license keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
- If a renewal payment fails, we and SureCart may retry it. If it still fails, your license expires.
- When a yearly license expires, the plugin keeps working on your sites. You stop getting updates and support until you renew.
7. Upgrades
You can upgrade to a plan with more sites at any time. You pay only the difference for the rest of your current billing period, and your renewal date stays the same. A move to a smaller plan takes effect at your next renewal.
8. Refunds
- If WC Account Portal isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of the payment, through our contact form. You don't have to give a reason.
- This applies to every plan, Lifetime included, and to yearly renewals.
- Each customer can have one refund. If you buy again after a refund, that purchase is not refundable.
- When we refund you, we deactivate the license key. Remove the plugin from your sites, as you will no longer get updates or support.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
- If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, we may deactivate your license while the dispute is open. Please talk to us first; we will sort it out.
9. The Lifetime plan
- Lifetime is a one-time payment with no renewals.
- It includes plugin updates for the lifetime of the product, meaning for as long as we develop and sell WC Account Portal, and support for 3 years from the date of purchase. After that, contact us for a price to renew support.
- If we ever stop developing WC Account Portal, we will tell Lifetime customers in advance. The version you have keeps working on your sites.
10. Support
Support is included with an active license: yearly plans for the year you paid for, and Lifetime as described above. Contact us through the contact form on our Support page. We aim to reply within 1 to 3 business days, but this is a goal, not a guarantee.
Support covers: help installing, setting up and using the plugin's features and settings, fixing bugs in the plugin, and questions about the integrations we list as supported.
Support does not cover custom code or design changes, problems caused by other plugins, themes or hosting, setting up third-party services, or site migrations. We may offer this work for an extra fee, agreed with you in writing before we start.
If we need to look inside your store, we will ask for a temporary login. Never send us passwords or license keys through the contact form.
11. Updates and changes to the plugin
We work to improve the plugin and may add, change or remove features in updates. Back up your site before updating, and test updates on a staging site when you can. We will try to give notice before removing anything you are likely to rely on, but we do not promise that any particular feature or integration will stay available, because the plugins we integrate with can change at any time.
12. The live demo
The live demo shows WC Account Portal with sample data. It doesn't create an account, and its forms don't save anything. Do not enter real personal details, payment details or passwords in it. The demo can look or work a little differently from a real store, and we may change it or take it offline at any time.
13. Your store and your customers
- You are responsible for your website, your WooCommerce store and how you set up the plugin.
- The plugin runs on your server and shows your customers' account data, such as orders, addresses and subscriptions. That data stays in your store. For your customers' data, you are responsible for meeting privacy, consumer and other laws that apply to your business.
- If you turn on a captcha (hCaptcha, Google reCAPTCHA or Cloudflare Turnstile), your visitors' browsers connect to that service. You are responsible for telling your visitors about it in your own privacy policy.
14. What the plugin sends to us
To activate your license and deliver updates, the plugin sends your license key, your site's web address, your site's name and the plugin version to our licensing service, run by SureCart (api.surecart.com). It does not send your customers' data to us. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
15. Third-party services and plugins
The plugin works with WooCommerce and many other plugins and services we don't own or control, and our checkout uses SureCart and Stripe. Their own terms apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for them, for changes they make, or for their availability. Product names on our website belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility; this does not mean those owners endorse us.
16. Acceptable use
Do not use the website, the demo, our licensing system or the plugin in any way that is unlawful or harmful, or that breaks our Acceptable Use Policy. This includes attacking or overloading our systems, trying to get around license checks, and using our name or content to mislead people.
17. Our content and feedback
Apart from the plugin's GPL code, the website, documentation, screenshots, designs, names and logos belong to us or our licensors. You may link to our pages and quote small parts with credit, but you may not copy them in bulk or reuse our brand.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely and without paying you.
18. No warranty
To the fullest extent the law allows, the plugin, the website, the demo and our support are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the plugin will be free of errors, work with every theme, plugin or host, or meet your needs. See also our Disclaimers.
19. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, sales, data, customers or goodwill, even if we were told they were possible.
- Our total liability for all claims relating to these terms, the website, the plugin or our support is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim.
Some places do not allow some of these limits. Where that is the case, they apply only as far as the law allows, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
20. Your responsibility to us
To the extent the law allows, you agree to defend and compensate Nahnu Fitness LLC, its owners and its contractors against claims, losses and reasonable costs, including legal fees, that come from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the plugin, or your store and how you treat your own customers.
21. Suspension and termination
You can stop using WC Account Portal, cancel your plan and ask us to close your account at any time.
We may suspend or deactivate your license, without a refund, if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, for example by sharing or reselling license keys, or if the law requires us to. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. Your rights under the GPL to code you have already downloaded are not affected.
The sections on payment, refunds, warranty, liability, your responsibility to us and disputes continue to apply after your license ends.
22. Export and sanctions
You may not buy or use the plugin in breach of US or other export control and sanctions laws, including from a country or by a person under US sanctions.
23. Disputes
Please read this section carefully. It affects how disputes are resolved.
- Talk to us first. Before starting any formal claim, contact us through the contact form and describe the problem. We will both try in good faith to settle it within 30 days.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
- Binding individual arbitration. If we cannot settle a dispute, it will be resolved by final, binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its rules then in effect (its Consumer Arbitration Rules if you are a consumer), before a single arbitrator. The arbitration will take place in Spokane, Washington, or by video or written submissions if the arbitrator allows. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
- Exceptions. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead, and either of us may ask a court for an urgent order to stop misuse of intellectual property or license keys.
- No class actions or jury trials. Disputes are resolved only on an individual basis. You and we each give up the right to a jury trial and to bring or take part in any class, collective or representative action.
- Opting out. You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these terms by sending us your name, the email you bought with and a clear statement that you opt out, through our contact form.
- Courts. If arbitration does not apply or a court finds this section unenforceable, disputes will be heard only in the state or federal courts in Spokane County, Washington, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
- Time limit. To the extent the law allows, any claim must be brought within one year after it arises.
24. Consumers outside the United States
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country whose laws give you rights that cannot be removed by contract, nothing in these terms takes those rights away. That includes your right to bring a claim in the courts where you live. Where those laws conflict with these terms, those laws win.
The plugin is digital content you can download straight away. By downloading it, you ask us to start supplying it immediately and agree that this can end any legal right to cancel once the download has started. Our 14-day, no-questions refund still applies to every plan, so you keep a way to change your mind.
25. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we change our plans or the law changes. We will post the new version here with a new date, and for important changes we will email active customers at least 14 days before they take effect. Changes apply from their effective date and to renewals after it. If you don't agree, cancel before then; using the website or renewing after that date means you accept the new terms.
26. General
- These terms and the policies they link to are the whole agreement between us about their subject.
- If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
- If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't given it up.
- You may not transfer these terms or your license without our written permission. We may transfer them, for example if our business is sold, and your rights continue.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- These terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version applies.
